H-Sport bars

H-Sport bars
I installed a set of H-sport bars on my stock suspension'ed 2000 S4 last weekend, and now I'm getting a lot of clunking while turning, and some even while turning the wheel. Also, during slow deceleration, it makes kindof a binding noise. Most of the noises come from the passenger side front.
Anyone have a similar experience? Does the extra strain on the suspension create weak spots in the existing suspension and connectors? Car has 87k miles.
I took off the bar last night. When I got under it, I saw that the lower a-arm and the swaybar had been contacting, and that the powdercoat from the sway bar had rubbed off, and the a-arm had a spot on it too.
How do I fix this, so I can put it back on?
Stupid question, but you can't install it upside down, can you? I just re-checked the instructions, and it was installed properly.
Help!

Yes it can be installed upside down.
Make sure the H-Sport logo on it is right side up.
It shouldn't be rubbing on anything other than perhaps the lower belly pan.

tre's? I'll double check the sticker to see which direction it was pointed.
How hard should it be to connect to the sway bar end links in front? I really had to crank on the rear to get it to bolt into place.

After two weeks, the rear H-sport sway bar still has a clunking noise... Anyone have the same issue?
