H-Sport Bars clunking

H-Sport Bars clunking
I installed a set of H-sport bars on my stock suspension'ed 2000 S4 last weekend, and now I'm getting a lot of clunking while turning, and some even while turning the wheel. Also, during slow deceleration, it makes kindof a binding noise. Most of the noises come from the passenger side front. I jumped underneath it, and I can't see binding of any type.
I am planning to take it off and re-grease everything (even though I greased it the way the instructions said to), and check and retorque all the bolts.
Anyone have a similar experience? Does the extra strain on the suspension create weak spots in the existing suspension and connectors? Car has 87k miles.

Re: bars will bring out bad c-arms, makes it more noticable, check tre's and end links also
Is it usually the bushing that hollows out on the c-arms? How can I check what is bad down there?
