hahahah an Integra Type R challenged an S4 to a race...

You're not the only smoked by an S4
Hey guy don't trip...I was also a victim of an S4. One friday night me and a couple buddies went over to the drag spot and had a go at it. My 99 GSR VS. HIS S4. He currently has a chip and short shifter in his car. He spotted me 3 people, 4 cars, and a go. Well lets just say this..he caught me at the end of 2nd. The worse thing about it was all my buddies in the other car were laughing in the S4 as they went by me. The reason why they were laughing is the fact the A/C was on...and the radio blasting. Damn...I felt real salty. It was like he wasn't even trying. Oh well I gotta give it to German engineering and their damn chips. This week some guy in a Passat 1.8T w/ a Garret tuned ECU wants to race me. The company claims 190hp and 245lb/ft from the chip. Everyone says he'll take me but I think it'll be pretty much even. What do you all think?<p>John

If they put more Type R stickers on the Integra it would be faster!

You gotta do what I did when I raced an S4, jump off the line really, really early, and he won't be able to catch you if you cheat enough,
I've watched an S4 at the track run and without even launching from very high at all, I'd say 2000, and it being stock he ran a 14.1, so if
that guy took advantage of his quattro he probably destroyed your car. I only pull mid-high 14s in my civic hybrid and this blue S4
couldn't catch my little piece of ****

I toyed with one last weekend on the highway and further after the off ramp.
After smoking him on the highway, he wanted some more. I've owned a V-tec car (prelude sh), those things suck around town. No low end pull at all. I put him further to shame. Felt bad after a bit and let him go by. Waived; got nothing in return. Must have been a little bitter.
