Has anybody compiled a list of hose clamp sizes for the intake tract?
I want to replace the OEM clamps with some higher quality hose clamps starting from the Y-pipe down through the turbo inlets, lower turbo hoses, intercooler hoses and then up to the TBB. I need to know what sizes are needed before I order.
Does somebody sell a kit like this or have a list of sizes needed? TIA

From a Skydive post...
I copied the following from a Skydive post several months ago (I ordered mine last week):
Breeze Hose Clamps
http://www.breezeclamps.com/ct.htm
alternate online ordering http://store.qualitydist.net/brhocl.html
Sizes:
Here's my latest sortie vs. the "Sudden Loss of Boost" issue:
72mm (2xCT350) RS4 IC
62mm (2xCT300) RS4 IC
46-70mm (4xCT250) Bipipe/IC
2x42mm (2xCT200) Diverter Valves
30mm (2xCT9412) Diverter Valves
65mm (2xCT300) RS4 Y Pipe
80mm (2xCT350) RS4 Y Pipe
98mm (2xCT450) RS4 MAF
11mm (10/Box: BRZ-9406) Vac Lines
All measurments were taken based on OD hose diameters, using a metric caliper. Chosen clamp ranges should work well with a variety of similar parts.
I paid a hair less than $100.00 for all of the above, at Quality Distributors. (http://www.qualitydist.net). I chose "Constant Torque" type clamps since pressure hoses expand and contract with boost. I'm pretty thorough, so I chose to get matching clamps for unpressurized intake and vaccum locations. (You don't need fancy clamps for the Y-Pipe, MAF, Vaccum, and the relief side of the DV plumbing.)
