20s, even if they weren't insane, won't work on A4/S4 ...
'cause you'd only be left with 2½" sidewalls (for proper rolling diamter) ... and no such tire exists.
In case you're still wondering, OE rolling stock measures 24.9" (or so)in diamter. So, to maintain that diameter with a 20" rim, you only have 5" for the sidewalls (which get's halved -- top/bottom).
19s are as large as you can go.
