has anyone installed RS4 intercoolers from Achtuning?
I need to know exactly how much cutting or grinding on the stock bumper and fenders is required. I've been told it's minor but that is too subjective.

Yes, we've got the Achtuning intercoolers
The cutting of the stock bumpers is indeed fairly minor with the appropriate tools. Hard to explain without pics, but email Josh D, he's got the step-by-step he can hook you up with.

yes, cutting of the fender/radiator bracket is minor, the bumper needs some...
...clearancing though. No pics of the inside of the bumper though...

how about the fenders,bumper supports or frame rails? any cutting required?
I think Josh might be too busy with the grand opening to reply to my email messages. Thanks for the info.
