Head Unit to CD Changer
Anyone know where I can get info on the interface between the stereo and the CD changer?? I have an MP3 player for my current car, but would like to build one so it looked totally stock for the S4. Optimally I would like it to work with the cd changer controls already in the head unit. Would be glad to help others with in car MP3's, but need a point in the right direction.
For those who don't know what MP3's are they are compressed digital audio. Using a portable computer you can get a LOT of music (CD quality) in to a small space. I have about 30 Hrs of music in just over 1 gig of storage. Beats any car changer I've seen.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Did you build the mp3 player yourself?
It's winamp running on a portable with an external matrix orbital display and keypad. I wrote the software to interface the keypad and display to winamp. It is a mess in my current car, and I only use it on long trips, but would like to fully integrate into the S4 and have it look totally stock. Using the existing changer controls would be pretty slick, but not sure if this is realistic. I have lots of programming experience and some hardware experience, but I'll let you know if I come up with something.
