Default Headlight Washers

mine dont seem to work? i got my S4 about couple months ago and when ever i wash the windshield with my lights on the little tabs dont wash the headlights, could it be that they are just for show or did all S4's come with them?

you could have a kink in the line or the headlight washer pump is out.
