first i heard the siren noies on the passenger side, now its on the driver side and a big power loss is felt. waht should i check? will the vag-tool show if there is a blown turbo? what do you guys think it is....what hoses should i check?

Take it to a dealer. If the turbos are blown it will be pretty obvious, look for lots of smoke
