Help! Can not open the foglight relay...don't want to use any force

It takes three hands...
You gotta use a couple of jeweler's screwdrivers or the like to gently pry the edges of the cover away from those little tabs. I used two at once on one end of the module, worked the cover loose, then it popped off the tabs at the other end.
It's not difficult, but too much force -will- crack the cover. Ask me how I know that.
It's hardly the end of the world, though... and once it's cracked, it basically falls off, so problem solved.
TimM is right, you don't -have- to open it up... but it makes for a much neater job with little to no chance of shorting anything, if you're even slightly skilled at soldering. If you solder across the lugs on the outside, the relay won't fully seat into its socket anymore.
