Help. I have severe hesitation at mid-high throttle...

above 3500 RPM. The power comes off and on in 1/2 second intervals--then I back off right away. Did a VAG and got a DTC which stated that I had an intermittent grounding problem with an exhaust temp sensor. Is this the cause of symptom? Thanks!

Check for loose hoses (TBB, IC hoses, vacuum hoses)

I thought a bad hose wouldn't cause a severe feeling of on-off throttle. But I'll check hoses again.
