2002 Audi S4 B5 2.7L

This is for you Audi Guru's out there......I've done searching on this forum as well as others and come up short. Hopefully someone out there has done this repair.

So had to replace the integrated cooling/ps line that wraps from the hard cooling line on back of engine to the front under the intake manifold on drivers side of the engine....(first photo is marked in red as to location...sorry about the poor photo shop skills). The rags are covering intake.

The second photo of the actual part being replaced is from ECS Tuning off their website.

The yellow highlighted area is what connects to the hard cooling line on back of the engine....It will probably look familiar if you have done any work on the aux coolant pump...

Getting it out was easy as it was cracked/damaged.....it bent/broke apart....with a bit of frustration on my part.

Installation seems to be the tricky bit. Anyone ever attempted this with engine in vehicle?

I've already pulled everything off the front of the engine...(as you would to do water pump/timing belt). I still have interference with valve train body and some of the mounting bosses for the power steering pump.

What is the trick to this? What am I missing?
Any help would be great!
