If the electric fuel pump inside the fuel tank cannot be heard with ignition on, then one more try is to remove rear seat base / remove fuel pump access cover / use rubber mallet to tap around the lock ring of the fuel pump seal. Obviously try not to hit the connectors or hoses. If the pump is trying to spin but is "stuck" due to age and or dirt then this is likely the last simple trick to try. If it does start working then it does not mean you should trust it for the long term as it could happen again anytime. No pump run could also be a failed fuel pump relay. Good luck!
