Default help the s4 is down and i dont know wtf is wrong! =((( horrible Monday

im on the phone right now getting it towed to the dealer.

Im letting the car warm up and i hear a loud heat shield rattle coming from the front driver side. I think nothing of it because it went away soon after. I'm driving and I notice maybe 2 blocks later I have smoke coming out the exhaust. I turn right around and the smokes billowing by the time I get in front of my house. The car was bucking around 20mph more so then 30. I could hear some poping and i wasnt brave enough to give it anymore gas then it needed. I didnt feel safe letting it stop completely either. I get out the car and the exhaust smells nasty so i turn it off.

What gives? and whats it gonna cost me? I do have a CPO warranty on a 2000 s4 w/ 49k miles. Heres the kick, i havent had the plugs serviced yet so im concerned the dealer will really play some games... i also have a magnaflow muffler with the resonator removed. Not to mention no $ to play around atm

Default u think audi is going to trip about the plugs?

I purchased the car less then a year ago, so when it was sold to me it needed them by the book. I was told 4/yr 50k and obviously im at the 5th by 17 days and im near 50k.

If you have a chip, you better swap it out with a normal ECU now!

Default Your good, i wouldnt worry about it... many people have never had issues with exhaust/catbacks and

stealerships taking there warranties away.

Default What he said \/ \/ \/

If you're not under warranty or it gets denied your best bet would be to buy some K03/K04 hybrids from jacob and then find someone who will swap them in for you. If I would have gone this route I could have theoretically spent less than 2k for a turbo swap (I know a guy that would have done the work for cheap)
