HELP ! ! ! Tranny problems !
I had my transmission replaced at 12000 miles. I am now at 28000 and this current transmission has to be replaced now as well. However an audi rep has to come down and take a look. I am wondering if anyone else out there has gone thru a transmission replacement that could give me some info. Also if anyone has had a audi rep come down, what sort of things did they look for and so on. Any info would be great. Thank you

Make sure they give you a NEW tranny and not a rebuilt one...
I've had two tranny replacements and I'm about to get a another. The last trans. they put in(rebuilt)lasted about 6k miles. The rep. is going to look for mods done to the car and will look for something to blame the failure on. Make sure you get rid of any software that isn't stock.
