Here is what I get when I get when i try to use lemmiwinks with my APR chips
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/54689/lemminwinks.jpg"></center><p>I have a APR K04 beta ECU and an APR v5.0 (w/EMCS 2) ecu. The result is the same on both.

Yeah...bastards! I had another idea that failed using the ProDiag
I thought, since its just adaptation channels which I can adjust with ProDiag, why don't i just look at lemmiwinks for the corresponding channel and then adjust the value accordingly. So I went the channel 1 to adjust rpms as a test. The prodiag gave me some information about what the RPMs were going to be after I adjusted them and sure enough turn the car on and it worked. So then I wanted to look at a different channel, say 8 or something. So when I get to that channel, I don't get any nice information about what the channel is or the value its at other than the number 128. So I try to adjust it to see what'll happen. It says the function isn't supported. So I guess that's out. Any ideas people?

I dont see why the lemmiwinks wont work since its just changing values in the ecu
not in the chip itself. I mean it even works fine on my car with a custom GIAC chip which is not setup for me to use the GIAC mobile tuner.

If you are using one of the "smart" VAG-COM cables (i.e., HEX-COM)...
You can't start Lemmiwinks after using VAG-COM because the cable will be in "smart" mode. You need to unplug it and then plug it back in so it reverts to "dumb" mode. But since you said you tried with multiple cables, I'd guess that this isn't your problem.
FWIW, I am able to connect to my APR v5.0 ECU with no problem. Not sure what is going on with your car.
