I keep feeling this hesitation feeling when I'm near punching it, or at higher RPMs. Its kind of like an engine chock, like something is dirty or misfiring. I've got 58K on the car and am not sure what all the previous owner did. Could it be the spark plugs already?

Check your throttle body boot and bypass/diverter valves.. Also do a search on "hesitation"..

I hear the throttle body boot is cheap and easy to replace, yet I can't find any guide on how to do it. Anyone have a link? I'd rather just replace it now after reading about all the problems associated with the original ones.

How do I check the bypass diverter?

don't think there'a one. But not that difficult, I've heard.. I think many have recently swapped stock bpv's with the inexpensive 710N bpv's.

It just feels weird at higher speeds to the point I'm scared to punch it
