i mean how does this compare to SPP gb on the same item???

It's the same thing.
I got my Neuspeed 19mm from carparts.com last summer. Using a discount code, I saved even more... paid only $137, shipped. Quite a deal.
For a while, carparts.com had removed the Neuspeed swaybars from their listings. Are they back now? That's good news.
