Default hey guys... help out a n00b...
i'm finally in the market for an s4. i want to go the certified route, because i want the warranty. can someone give me a run down of what to look for as far as options i want/don't want to have, known problem spots on s4s etc.

i'm looking to spend less than 30k, so that probably puts me with a '00 model...

Default no sunroof (good luck), manual, alcantara..the rest doesn't matter

manual's a given (i hate slushboxes). why no sunroof?

Default no sunroof=less weight and more headroom (especially for racing with a helmet)
I know of one....but he isn't selling.

Personally, I love the moonroof.

Default this is for a daily driver... i won't race it. i'll either keep the vr4
for that, or get another vr4...
