Default Hey, I know why H&R is better than Bilstein!

I had my Bilstein/Eibach replaced today with the H&R coilover kit. It is a lot better! It's so nice to have proper damping instead of bouncing along.

Anyway, I took a couple of "before" and "after" pics, and looking at them, I think it's clear why H&R is better ;-)

Anybody need a hint?<p>Rob

Default I know why!

They are Nogaro! Anyone know who makes Laser Red Coil overs?? Those would be the fastest! (I guess you will have to settle for Nogaro for now)

Default Seattle S4

Nice to meet you
I'm from Bellevue area.
Did you pay under MSRP for your S4?
I've already ordered a S4 (Nogaro) from University Audi.
do you think I should go for the Stock Nav.?
well....I'm not sure how long I'm gonna wait until the car comes in. But I'd wish to join you guys after the car arrived.
thanks

Nice to meet you too! University is great. I bought my S4 there in Feb, my roommate bought his Nogaro there last month (Both were on order since last year, I lucked out and got mine early)

I paid MSRP and was happy to (as did my Roommate). Brian Landreville (Best salesman I have ever dealt with) hooked me up in every other way, (CD changer at cost, free wheel repair, etc..) Plus John Savo and Phil M. in service are great. You will be happy you bought from there.

We have a lot of local get-togethers and events. I am Pres. of the Seattle Audi Club (currently over 50 members) and we will be doing some more fun things together this summer. Past events include track days, go karting, lunches, dinners, etc... Email me your info and I will put you on the list!

When is your car going to get in?

Oh... Stock Nav is cool. I am glad I got it. I use it about once a week or so. If you ever want to come try it out, I would be happy to give a demo. Not sure if its worth the $1200 but I think it will be good for resale.

H&R=progressive, Eibach=linear. Which is better is personal choice still.

Default Eibach=linear. NOT!

I've got em and here is a quote from their website.

All Eibach Pro-Kits are designed by experienced engineers specialized in chassis dynamics and are tested by seasoned qualified drivers. They are designed to properly and safely lower your vehicle's center of gravity through the use of proprietary progressive spring rates; reducing squat during acceleration, body roll in the turns, and nose dive under braking. Upon installation, your vehicle becomes exceptionally stable and secure under a much wider range of conditions and will provide years of enhanced driving pleasure, whether you are twisting your way through a mountain pass or cruising down the interstate or tempting the Autobahn.
