don't think so.
do you honestly believe your car can do 0-60 in less than 4.3 seconds consistently? and forget about the top end such as 80-100 mph.
sure you can take away more and more weight off your car and port your heads, etc... but a resonably modded B5 with KO4s, an exhaust, a decent chip, and light wheels won't always catch an RS4.
i've seen some tuned B5s that are practically race cars but to go to that extreme imagine the things i could do to an RS4? turbos or not.
