HID ballast: one unit failed after heavy rains a few days ago
Can these be ordered from the dealer? Archives were unclear on this point. Any other places stock them?

Would it be useful to take the ballast unit apart? I guess it's possible it got wet, since
it sits underneath the headlight and water could be forced through the gap between the light and bumper.
Anything to look out for if I do take the ballast apart? e.g. capacitors that I don't want to touch or I'll get zapped.
