Hit a milestone yesterday in the S4 (really, really bad iPhone pic warning)
Well, I think that it is safe to say that I have gotten my money's worth out of this car. It has been relatively low on maintenance needs (knocking on wood furiously). I lost the stock K03's at ~169K. I replaced them with K04's and have been running Stage 3-- since then. I have quite a few DE's under my belt with this car, and can't think of anything that I would trade it for (except a lower mileage version, Avant preferably).

you know what bothers me about your picture?
your LCD screen is pristine! WTF I say photoshop ya lying bastage. No 2000 with 200K miles has that good of an LCD screen. ;-P

Hahahaha. Actually...
The only reason it looks like that is because the picture was taken at 8:00 AM while it was still cool out. At 3:00 PM when it was 92* my center cluster was completely unreadable. FWIW, it's a 2001 that has had a bad LCD for ~75K miles. On cold days (I live in MA) it's completely legible, but on warm days not so much.
I'll keep truckin' until she won't go anymore.

Yes, AMS stage 1 chip for ~45K miles before they went.
For the record, I don' t think that chipping the car had anything to do with their demise. They had a good run, and it was just their time to go.
