Default those whistle noises you are describing is what i hear when i ran a MBC in parallel...

however it was the MBC from VAST with a hole in it (MBC only).

instead of plugging it, i got another MBC without the hole and it ended up working without the whistles.

however if your WG line is torn, that is a totally different scenario.

Default Torn WG line, are you talking about the vacuum tubing just like up top?

I am not that familiar with the WG lines near the turbos only in the engine bay.

Thanks~

Default unplug your N75 and see if you can blow through the hoses, mainly the one coming up from the bottom

for instance, i can pressure test my car, and all is well. however, when i go to straight n75, i over boost to 25-27lbs. i unplugged the n75 and blew physically into the hoses, and sure enough i can blow freely through the bottom one which leads to the wastegates.

Default you have a leak, yo no say about what's exactly the issue is, but at least you've

narrowed it, and a torn WG line is a very good possibility.
