How about a list of the most common rattle causes in the rear of the S4....................

I have one I can't find, and it's driving me NUTS !!!!!!!!!!

Did you check the mounting bracket that holds the CDC and tool box for loose or missing screws?

Mine is the rear passenger side seat belt tensioner.

It is rattling against the body divet that it resides in. Even tried some foam insulation in there, but it must have moved and the rattle reurned. I've noticed if I yank on the belt a couple times hard it goes away again for a bit.
