What tools do I need? (hoping just a screw driver or something simple and common)
(of course, jack up the car and take the wheels off first, got that far..) :-)

1 allen head socket (5mm I think)...
remove the bridge bolts.
Pull the bridge out. Note orientation, so you can install it the same way. They will fit upside down or right side up, but the vane in the bridge is directional, so you should install it the correct way for maximum benefit.
Uncap brake fluid reservoir.
2 semi large flathead screwdrivers. Worm them between the pad and rotor on the upper and lower end of the pad, and pry the pad away from the rotor. You really want to spread the pads as far away from teh rotor as they will go. By doing this, you're pushing the pistons back, flush with the inside of the caliper body. Keep an eye on the brake fluid level, as it will rise during this process. If you need to siphon out fluid from the reservoir, do so. Once all four pistons are pushed back, pull out the old pads, insert the new ones (you'll need a mallet to gently tap them into place), reintall bridge (again, use a mallet to gently tap it into place), and reinstall bridge bolts with a dab of anti-sieze on the threads. Don't overtorque the bridge bolts! Torque spec on those bolts is probably 5-10 ft lbs.
