How come no one has a program for KO4/K16's ? Or is there?

How can he tune these cars better then giac, apr, asp?? These companys been out for a while working of b5 s4's and as I hear it Tony from EPL just recently started tuning S4's.. These are just questions im worring about. People were telling me his data he enters in his dyno isnt correct and that it makes a big difference, but hey if its true I think some tuners should grab him and have him tune there ecu's, but then I also hear that he's great, so I dont know what to listen to.

the "big" tuners dont care about custom tuning individual cars, they'd rather run off generic off
the shelf files for every new model that comes out and rake in assloads of cash from people who think dropping a grand on a chip will make their NA V8 faster.

Return on investment...
why would they spend hours tuning a potentially one off car with little to no resale value when they can tune a file for a more standard configuration and make their money back. But to clarify APR and AMS WILL custom tune your car to the 'tune' of around $3k.
