How difficult to switch out alacantara interiors? how long?

Local dealer (Lawrence,MA) has an 01 Avant with blue/back alacantra w/10k miles. Asking $35.9 and I know they'll take less; they can't give it away. I'm sure it's because of the interior. I tried to get it by my wife, but when she saw the inside, she almost hurled.
