<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/88566/headlight_connector.1.jpg"></center><p>I need to replace the small headlight access door, shown above, the tabs on the bottom are broken. The connector at the exterior of the door was not to difficult but the connector in the interior of the door seems a bit more complicated. Has any one removed the connector to replace the door? suggestions, help.

I did it on my A4 because the connector rubbed my turbo inlet hose.

I believe the whole assembly pops out...if you push it..

Squeeze the top and bottom from the inside and pull towards you.
