How do i remove front seat from rails?

I did it just a few days ago and it's not too hard...here's how:
 

First, slide the front two plastic covers off by pushing down and then sliding them forward. Do not pry! Once those are out, remove the 2 allen head bolts.

Next, slide the seat forward and then remove the 2 plastic stoppers at the rear using a phillips screwdriver. Now, what I did for safety was disconnect the battery to prevent accidently tripping the airbags. Now you can unplug the 3 harnesses at the bottom of the seat. Now slide the seat out the rear of the tracks. Have someone help you since they are heavy and tricky. Don't get the grease everywhere!
