How do you dip xenons the other way?
When I take my UK S4 (RH Drive) over to Europe (LH Drive) it'd be nice to dip them Right same as US [& legal!] The stick-on converters don't work on Xenons, anyone know how it's done?
It is possible on BMW's and I believe it even tells how in the Drivers handbook.

I think you mean for LH driving, the step-up pattern should be reversed?
Just adjust the driver side up, and the passenger side down - there are white plastic screws on top of the housing (pop the hood) that adjust the lights...

Yes, but it's kind of a tight area.
Helps if you have long skinny fingers.
I don't have any good pictures of it, but on one side of the xenon projector there is a tiny wire handle with a loop on the end, you have to push it over to the inside to unlock it, flip it to the other side and relock it.
Handle is circled, other lock position has an arrow.
