Default How do you guys feel about Sunoco Unleaded 104?

Adrenalin in Auburn, MA sells it and I am thinking of picking some up for my next trip to NE Dragway (9/4). I had heard some negative feedback from someone on here...I just can't remember what was said.

Thanks!

Default yep...along with the spark plugs, etc...it left alot more depoists than other fuel i've seen

coulda been a problem at the station that sold it, but who knows...still pulled 12.7's with it, but i dunno man...after looking at the spark plugs and the catalytics off this one guys car too...it looked nasty.

Default Any idea why?

Is it Sunoco specifically or the higher octane or what?

Default I have..sort of

I tried Redline, 6400, 6000 which was my best run (13.7).

I even tried going through the trap on the limiter in third....that didn't work :-).

I will try redline, 6000, 5800 and lete you know how it goes.

I need to improve my launches though. My best so far is 1.995.....

Default

just that 104 GTplus...if it wasn't the filler station, then that fuel leaves some nasty crap behind

Default So are you saying stay away?

I am not well versed in the gains of 104 v. 100.

Buying the 100 is easier and seems to be clean, but I want to give 104 a shot.

Would the 104 REALLY make a difference v. 100?
