how do you know if you have a 2001 of 2001.5?

new badge vs. old badge is the most visible difference.

I hope I got that right.

look at the build date on the grat sticker in the left side door jamb near the door stricker it will say.

with other car companies,yes.audi is weird.you can have two cars built in the same month and be internally different.makes it a pain when ordering parts.like the 02'a4 is already built and some are in the u.s.cars being built now are already being updated[glovebox cooler,cd changer,onstar,etc.]so,say a car is being built 9-10/01 it is more than likely 02.5.when i went for training it was,this is what it looks like,but it's being redesigned.weird?
