How do you remove the projector lens from inside the headlight?

Default How do you remove the projector lens from inside the headlight?
I removed the three screws but it's like the projector is too large to fit through the hole to exit the headlight?

are you trying to convert halogen to hid projectors?

i would imagine you have to take the entire headlight apart.
