How easy is it to take a 3-piece wheel apart? Just remove the bolts?

Default How easy is it to take a 3-piece wheel apart? Just remove the bolts?
I want to do a thourough cleaning of my wheels including the area between the lips and center. I was wondering if this is something I could do myself or would I need it professionally balanced after. Could a regular tire shop do the balancing?

They'll need to be sealed before they are balanced

So when they balance them, they balance them without tires, put weights on them, then rebalance?

Default I wouldn't take them apart just for cleaning

On my 3-piece Ronal LZ's, Gary advised to not try and disassemble them.

Get some P21s Gel tire cleaner it should solve your problems
