How exactly do you remove the grill to repace with the RS4 grill?

Default Compress the tabs in back that run along the top and sides.
Grille will pop out from the front, upwards.

Default it's really easy
open up the hood, look up.
you'll see that there are little tabs ever few inches around the outside of the grill. Press and hold a few to get it started, then continue around the outside, until it's released.

Just open the hood and look, it's really easy....the only took you mioght need is a flathead screwdriver for helping pressing the tabs in.

for reinstallation, it's even easier.

Default Lift the hood and behind the grill are these clips...
You can use a flat screwdriver to bend them back and it will pop out.
