How long should an RS4 clutch last on Stage 2+? Clutch is gripping well but release level is high.

Default How long should an RS4 clutch last on Stage 2+? Clutch is gripping well but release level is high.

I have about 33,000kms(20,000miles) since I have installed it. Clutch is gripping pretty well, I am not feeling any slip, but the release has become really high.

Anyone have RS4 clutch at stage 2+ or higher and how long has it lasted? Any way to adjust it lower or is the self-adjusting mechanism not adjustable. I did a flush of the clutch/brake fluid but barely noticed a difference?

The release point moved from about 1/2 way when it was new to less than a 1/4 now.

Am I just paranoid or is it soon time for a replacement?

Default I'm 2+ w/ stock clutch. 42K mi total (~25k chipped). A few 1/4 mi jaunts. Holding strong

Maybe there is still something with the hydraulics?

Default 2nd... Mine works fine at my stage, (3+??) I even carefully drag race on it.

RS4's in europe, even heavily modded, rarely replace their clutches. Given that drag-racing is a rarity out there, I'm not surprised.

Stock clutch on Stage 3-. 54K and still holds. I don't abuse my clutch though.
