what about the number of cam adjuster seals?

You only need valve cover gaskets (2) to do a valve cover gasket job. But if you are replacing other gaskets/seals, the heads take:

2 cam caps (1 per head)
4 cam seals (2 per head)
2 cam tensioner gasket SETs (1 per head)

Cam tensioner gasket sets include the metal gasket and the 1/2 moon seal.

That kit looks like it contains everything for 2 heads.

2 Front camshaft seals (Improved 'Viton' seal material) == 2 of your "4 cam seals"?
2 Rear camshaft seals (Improved 'Viton' seal material) == 2 of your "4 cam seals"?
