How much cheaper is the labor for installing K03s vs K04s (if it all) since you don't change inlets?

You mean commit fraud? Mine will, as long as I put inlets etc. ;-)
Actually two places I asked in my area both said "I don't care, nothing extra for me other than writing K03 part numbers on the invoice".

if they really did blow, and the dealer is doing the work its all the same no? (just different part) (i guess the dealer can keep the k03s and resell them so that could be fraud... idk.)

Not in my eyes, but anything that is not true on the invoice could be looked at that way
by the warrantee company.
