manual tranny
165 000 (About 100 000 miles I think)
One set of mags, 8 tires total (Nokian for winter, pireli for summer, both barely used)
Timing belt has been done at 150 000 km
Body is really clean

Things to be done

rear right bearing to change, one of the mirror is finished.

he's asking 23,900 CND (20,991 USD) and I think it's too much. What should I tell him, and do you think it's too much?

Thanks very much, I need to contact him later on today. Please tell me if I should tell him that something will break at that mileage...

Default Maintenance at that mileage could be draining in the future. I'm going to own mine forever or ...

until it becomes so costly it doesn't make sense anymore.

I totally agree with crew219 and FinickyDriver $14-$15 TOPS!!! Also have $5k on hand for future problems should they arise.

Default Sounds like they inflated the sale price to see what they could actually get for it.

Don't bite, they are obviously not in any hurry to sell at that price. A serious seller would price it at a book value and ask for the best offer from buyers. There are plenty of better, low mileage S4's out there.
