Default How much would a 2001 w/ 85000 miles be worth?

I was thinking about joining the B5_S4 world. I found one... but wanted other people's opinion

85000 miles
Black on Black
Premium and Cold beather package
MTM Chip
Snub mont
Neuspeed Exhaust
Neuspeed front and rear sways
Bilstiens w/ neuspeed springs
19in rims
Short shifter

supposedly always dealer serviced and 1 owner.

How many more miles will this engine last? what should I look for???? if i do buy it what will I need to watch out for? what is a desent price?

I offered 18.5K

thanks everyone! and please don;t flame.... I am just seeking advice.

Default Did he have the timing belt replaced already? Make certain of that. Typically done at 60k miles ...

and it's about a $1000 +/- repair with parts and labor.

Default "Typically" on this forum. I bet that the majority of owners follow the manual or sticker.

It's not a necessity at 60k by any means.
