I am @#$% pissed
I mentioned that I brought my S4 in for 5K service and there was a rear main seal leak.
Long story short... The car was in the shop for 2 weeks. Picked up yesterday and the dashboard rattles, steering wheel is off center and the check engine light is on. Called "Audi Customer Advocate" -- a bunch of BS. They told me that I can't talk to a service rep, and that I have to go through the service manager in order to get in touch with the rep.
Had a few choice words for them. But now I have to call the service manager at Hoehn.
Probably my last Audi.

Any other dealerships near you?
Hoehn doesn't sound like they run a very tight ship. Anyone who would return a car to a customer with DTCs is not really paying attention.

Re: Any other dealerships near you?
The next nearest dealer is about 25-30 miles away, and I have to drive into heavy traffic.
Hoehn used to be very good. Just that Audi business has increased and service has not kept up. Inexperience techs, service advisors coupled with AoA's attitude towards customers creates a lousy combination.

Well...
As I drive 65 miles to get good Audi service since my local dealership blows, condsider yourself lucky. :-)
Does your next nearest dealer have a better reputation?

true, and...
while driving a few extra miles is a major inconvenience, it will save you a lot more hassle and time later on. Moreover, going to a well known audi service shop/dealer although quite far will give you a sense of comfort that you're getting service done right the first time and/or everytime. In the end, I think that would be a better choice than having service done to the closest dealer but with a bad service reputation. I would personally drive a few extra miles to Bellavia (NJ) or Newton Motorsports (NJ) to get service done right even though I only live a mere 1/4 mile from Jack Daniels audi in Fairlawn NJ.

Somehow I feel we have to compromise...
while Audi and their dealers yank us around. We paid a lot of money for the car(s). No doubt the car is a pleasant to drive, but it was not free. If you don't fight back, things would never change.
If my expectations are not met, I take my business somewhere else. And I mean a different brand of car -- not just different dealers.
