I am 99% sure I am going to get a GIAC chip from Induktion Motorsports.Any info before I buy it?

Default I am 99% sure I am going to get a GIAC chip from Induktion Motorsports.Any info before I buy it?
This is a 2002 Audi S4 Manual, 16,000 miles, no mods. Is there any other mods I need to look into before getting a GIAC chip installed? I also plan on doing the "Lower temp thermo-switch mod" that was posted here not to long ago.

Any help would be appreciated!
