to the RS 4 grill. I was thinking about putting it in the tech section but i figured i'd throw it in here to see if anybody had done the same thing...

1) follow the same steps as in the tech article in order to dremel down the plastic on the badge.
<img src="https://www.audiworld.com/tech/pics/s4-rs4-1.jpg">

2) Take a sharp knife and cut out the piece between the two holes on the main black plastic piece.

3) Insert the badge into the grill and take one of the supplied clips and push it on until the teeth clip into the newly made hole in the badge. (you might have to bend out the clip a little so it properly grabs the grill)

Obviously i would articulate it much better in my tech article. But this is it in so many words. I did that to mine while attempting to do the tech article mod and its been tight for almost 2 years now.

Anybody else ever do the same?

Default Welcome to 2000 :P

I'm pretty sure there has been a tech article on this one for years.

Default I like it, I might have to try it. I redneck simplified it even further.

Step 1: Wedge badge in hole.

Step 2: Tear off thin 1/8" stip of duct tape. Wrap around back of badge till thickness prevents badge from sliding forward.

Step 3: Get beer from fridge and admire work.

I used some sort of tape and it's held up for more than 4 years now.
