Was I dreaming or did a while back someone say that 2002s had Rs4 motor mounts?

02 trans mounts, not motor mounts.

I also heard from a reliable source that 01.5 and on had RS4 engine mounts?

My 2001.5 S4 has/had the same mount as the RS4, from the factory...

As far as the "RS4" (ie VW) solid tranny mounts go, I'd skip them given the choice to do it again.

Oops, i thought yours had the trans not the engine.
