I got my call! The S4 has landed in Chicago! (more)
It -would- be ready for pick-up tomorrow, but I'm trying to find new shoes (Michelin Pilot Sports..)
for it. It appears that the MXX3 does not come in the correct size. (I have won Autocrosses on MXX3's while running against guys on R1's, I love that tire.)
Does anyone have any experience with the Pilot Sports? Are they as sticky as their older kin?

...? Correction...
The dealer just called me and said that he has two MXX3 SX's in, in the 225/45/17 size. Either Tire Rack's web page has an ommision, or they have discontinued the size.
Trying to sort this out...maybe I'll just get a set of G-Force R1 KD's, a set of snows, and change tires every time it rains next year!
