Let me start out by saying the service manager here is a b1tch! She's trying to tell me now that the motor mounts probably won't be covered because my car is lowered. How does that sound???

So why would the motor mount crap out because the car is lowered?
I can understand suspension but this? I belive they have to connect the failure to modified parts. If the car is chiped then yes that is grounds for refusing.
Take a club and beat them into submission.

you into extended warranty? that's "major drivetrain components" which even I wouldn't put mounts
CPO kinda blows. doesn't even cover wheel bearings or CVs or something, i forget which.
i'm in CPO now, with bad control arms, bad brakes, and one brand new snow tire. :-)

well....its a minimal effect but and energy not absorbed in the suspension is
passed up to the chassis. chassis connected to the motor mount. i agree probably is low that the two are related.
then again who though 50 years ago taht the types of shoes you wear could so directly mess up or help your back...
