Default Yikes- I bent one that bad on the inside- but never the outside. That had to jar...

some fillings.

Hope it's fixable.

Default that bend definitely needs heat. rimpro only does it cold which means

the grain structure of the metal is still damaged.

to do it right you have to anneal it (heat it up for a period of time). the heat will give the metal enough energy to break bonds (and improve ductility) and recover the damage, then recrystallize and grow into normal metal again ...
