I have 69K on my S4 and it handles like SH!T!! what do u suggest?? im not looking to spend 4k

do you track and/or AutoX? Where do you live? Driving habits?
We can't give recommendations w/out that info at a minimum. The archives have lots of information on this subject, as well.

Since the shocks & springs shouldn't deteriorate that much at that mileage, maybe your problem
is control arms and tie rod ends? If you really want it to feel new, I'd replace everything (c/a's, TREs, shocks & springs).

I take it you looked at my pic poster? I used Vogtland springs / Koni shocks. My sig pic has my
stock ride height, but there are 3 pics in my poster of it lowered.
I really like the Vogtland/Koni combo. It still doesn't quite handle like an M3, but it is much better than stock, not too low, not too harsh, and very useable for everyday driving.
