I need brakes
So I need new rotors and pads. ARe cross-drilled better than OEM rotors? If so why? Also anyone know which are the best for the money?

Before you ask for brake recommendations, tell us how you use the car and what your budget is.

I am not a speed demon. I drive the car everyday to work. I do get into some stop-and-go traffic on the way. I was looking to spend about $750. I need front and rear pads and rotors.

For that kind of driving, there's no reason to spend more on slotted or drilled rotors.
Hawk HPS are good street pads that are relatively inexpensive. Factor in a brake fluid flush - you'll be fine with off the shelf DOT4 fluid.

that's why it's so funny!
